Our ham is supplied by the Cotswold Pudding and Pie Company and it is a very fine ham indeed. Alderton Ham is well known for its traditional sticky marmalade glaze, and this subtle sweetness gives the ham a delicate flavour. Our Alderton Ham is available in a half ham or whole ham size, perfect for special occasions.
